experience in advanced tactical training. He is internationally known as
a specialist in conflict resolution, alternative force, CQB tactics, and
hostage rescue. Mr. Caracci has been featured in several law enforcement
and tactical training videos. Mr. Caracci has over 10 years experience
as a sworn officer involved in SWAT and narcotics enforcement in New
York and south Florida.
Mr. Caracci's foundation was developed with six years in the US Navy SEAL teams number One and Six. Prior to being Director of Tactical Training at Eastern Michigan University, Mr. Caracci was lead instructor at the Gunsite Training Center and SOS Temps, an international training group. He is currently involved in Corporate VIP Security in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Captain Hart was a Deputy Sheriff for 28 years. Having attained the rank
of Captain he has received thousands of hours of training in all facets
of law enforcement. His law enforcement experience includes: patrol,
investigations, polygraph examiner, administration and training. He was
the commander of the St., Louis County Sheriff’s Office, MN, Emergency
Response Team for ten years.
Captain Hart’s law enforcement career has constantly been influenced by
his military career and experiences. Having served as both an enlisted
man and commissioned officer he is a decorated combat veteran of the
U.S. Army, serving almost two years in Korea and Viet Nam.
Mr. Boran is one of the most experienced entry team members in the
country. He has trained a majority of the SWAT Teams in the past 20
years in Minnesota. Mr. Boran is one of the best (Been There Done That
and more) tactical officers you will find anywhere.
