CAPT. MIKE HART (RET.)
President of LETTA

Captain Hart was a Deputy Sheriff for 28 years. Having attained the rank of Captain he has received thousands of hours of training in all facets of law enforcement. His law enforcement experience includes: patrol, investigations, polygraph examiner, administration and training. He was the commander of the St., Louis County Sheriff’s Office, MN, Emergency Response Team for ten years.

Captain Hart’s law enforcement career has constantly been influenced by his military career and experiences. Having served as both an enlisted man and commissioned officer he is a decorated combat veteran of the U.S. Army, serving almost two years in Korea and Viet Nam.
